FAQ's
How do i know if therapy is right for me?
Many people come to therapy unsure of what they need — only that something feels stuck, heavy, or unclear. Therapy isn’t about having all the answers; it’s about creating a safe space to explore questions, feelings, and patterns at your own pace. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from support.
How long is each session?
Each session is 50 minutes long unleess otherwise stated.
How long will I need therapy for?
There’s no fixed timeline. Some people find a few sessions bring clarity and relief; others prefer longer-term work to explore deeper themes. We’ll review our progress regularly and decide together what feels right for you.
Can I mix online and in-person sessions?
Yes. Many clients appreciate the flexibility of combining both. We can discuss what feels most comfortable and how to make the transition between formats seamless.
Are sessions confidential?
Yes, everything discussed in therapy remains confidential. The only exceptions are if there’s serious risk of harm to you or someone else, in which case I would always discuss next steps with you first. Your trust and privacy are central to our work.
Where do sessions take place?

What kind of therapy do you offer
I work integratively, which means I draw from several approaches — including psychodynamic, humanistic, and CBT-informed methods. This allows me to tailor sessions to your individual needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. The focus is always on what feels most helpful for you.
