Every person’s story is unique, so I adapt therapy to meet your individual needs. My work draws on several therapeutic models, including:

Person-Centred Therapy

Creating a safe, empathetic space for you to explore your experiences at your own pace.​

 

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Helping you identify and shift unhelpful thoughts and behaviours.​

 

Gestalt Therapy

Focusing on the here-and-now to increase awareness of patterns, feelings, and relationships.​

 

Psychodynamic Therapy

Exploring how early experiences and unconscious processes influence your present-day thoughts, emotions, and relationships.  ​

This integrative approach allows us to work both in the present moment and at deeper emotional levels, helping you gain understanding, develop self-compassion, and create meaningful change that lasts.

Together, we’ll explore what’s happening beneath the surface — understanding where your patterns come from, how they protect you, and how you can begin to live more freely and confidently.
